Refunds for our Sevas (or subscribing to our services) at Sri Yellamma Pochamma Devasthanam is subject to specific terms and conditions depending on the type of seva, Service or Donation.
Perfromed Sevas amounts are not refundable. We offer a full money-back guarantee for Specific purchases made on our website and that which dont include archanas, Homams, Puja as those are the services rendered in name of Goddess by the archakas at the time designated or proposed by you. In Case you book a Puja/ Homam/ Service and for some reason don’t attend the same, then you stand eligible for full refund or rescheduling of the same service, Puja, Homam on some other day of your choice.
Refund for prasadam or food items is subject to inspection of the item and should be claimed on the same day.
If you are not satisfied with the offering/ Puja/ Sevas that you have offered/purchased through from us, you can get your money back. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 7 calendar days of your purchase with a genuine reason for the same .
After the 7-day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our devotees to experience our sevas/pujas (or service) whole heartedly, after their purchase to ensure it serves your needs.
